Corrado Michelazzo, originally from Piedmont, developed an interest in cooking at a very young age, eventually deciding to become a professional chef. After working in a number of restaurants around Europe, particularly in the Alpine regions – from the three Michelin-starred La Ferme de Mon Père with Marc Veyrat, to Megève, in Haute-Savoie, and the Restaurant Blanc of Vonnasin Burgundy (also 3- star) – he returned to Italy, settling in the Aosta Valley. There he continued to gain experience and hone his skills, first as a chef at the Hotel Bellevue in Cogne, and then at La Meridiana in Saint-Pierre, his last position in the country before moving to China. He made a name for himself working in various high-class eating establishments around the country of the dragon, eventually ending up at 10 Corso Como in Shanghai for 4 years. In January 2018, he returned to Italy to head up the kitchens of the renowned restaurant’s Milanese headquarters. Now is the executive chef at Isola Bar & Grill Restaurant.
