Marco Aglitti is currently living in Switzerland where is working as Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hotel le Bains, Yverdon le Bains. He started his culinary career at a rather late age, but quickly fell in love with restaurant life. During his travels around the world, he had the opportunity to explore different cultures and develop his passion for a variety of different cuisines, especially those of Europe. After having visited several countries, such as Norway, Costa Rica and France, he settled in Switzerland at the Grand Hotel Les Bains, Yverdon le Bains, then moved to Hong Kong at Joia.
