Marco’s experience in the food and hospitality world began when he was just a 14-year old teenager, helping his parents at their family restaurant. “At the age of 32, I decided to take on new challenges and wanted to learn more cooking techniques; by moving to the United Kingdom, I had the chance to meet and work with some amazing Michelin-starred chefs, and was able to refine my cooking style”. Fascinated by other cultures, cuisines and ingredients, Marco then moved to Hong Kong. The philosophy at 3 Italiani is based on high quality ingredients and the 3 partners’ passion for good food, aiming to bring the best of Italian cuisine, drinks and lifestyle to the city. Soon to open is their new restaurant called 3 Italiani EAT in Stanley. “I want to use all my skills and passion to provide an unforgettable experience for all those who come to taste my cuisine”.
