Corporate Chef and Founder of DiVino Group
Chef Michele Senigaglia joins the Summit on behalf of Spasso, one of the Group’s 4 popular restaurants.
Michele Senigaglia first took up an apprenticeship in his native Venice at, one of the city’s most prestigious restaurants, Haig’s Grill, before starting his career at the 3 Michelin-forks restaurant “Marco Polo” in Mestre, Venice.
He then worked at the Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte in Fiuggi, Italy before taking positions at the 3 Michelin-starred restaurant “Paul Bocuse” in France. He then gained further experience around the globe, working in a number of 1 Michelin-starred restaurants owned by Conrad International, beginning in Brussels, Belgium and then heading establishments in South America, the Middle East and Singapore.
Currently, he is Corporate Chef and one of the founders of DiVino Group, overseeing the group’s restaurants’ menus, seasonal promotions, as well as ensuring consistent quality throughout.
Prior to opening DiVino, Chef Michele was the Executive Sous Chef at the Harbour Plaza Hotel, Hong Kong, heading the development of the hotel’s outlets menus, purchasing, and staff training. He also worked as Executive Chef at Milano Restaurant in the city.
