RICCARDO CATARSI

Chef Riccardo Catarsi was born and raised in Livorno, a port city on the Western coast of Tuscany. Upon joining the food and beverage industry, his career has been marked with notable stints at top-rated restaurants, working side by side luminaries of the gastronomic world. His creations reflect his cooking philosophy of “taking one step into the past, while looking towards the future”. Riccardo Catarsi is inspired by traditional Italian food and uses organic seasonal ingredients to prepare his excellent handcrafted delicacies. Today, he is head chef at Nicholini’s Hong Kong.
